Job summary

Milestones Learning Center in Murray, KY is seeking a full-time cook/kitchen manager to prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children from 6 weeks to five years old. The role requires experience in a fast-paced kitchen and the ability to work independently while coordinating with classroom and administrative staff.

You will follow CACFP guidelines, manage food orders, rotate stock, and maintain daily kitchen sanitation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to work independently and with classroom staff.
• Will follow CACFP guidelines and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious breakfast, lunch and snacks.
• Receive, rotate and store food orders; conduct weekly inventory.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation daily.
• Ensure CACFP compliance and safety standards.
