Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication to explain military actions.
• Must understand and utilize Microsoft Office Products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ID Card services to military personnel and retirees.
• Ensure accuracy of data inputted into DEERS/RAPIDS.
• Assistance with identification card eligibility and application requirements.
