Job summary

Qualifications

• Support service/customer service experience.
• Military background/familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue ID cards, ID tags, Geneva Convention cards, Teslin cards, and CAC issuance-related tasks with verification of eligibility.
• Manage appointments via phone/email for ID card requests and maintain the central scheduler.
• Oversee issuance and accountability of military ID cards and CAC for Active, Guard, Reserve, retirees and eligible dependents.
• Reconcile DEERS information and update RAPIDS within one hour of approval; respond to inquiries within one business day.
• Serve as alternate Military Personnel Specialist handling IPPS-A tasks and related personnel processing.
