Job summary

SLB is seeking a Cable Technician to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and perform wireline cable maintenance and spooling. The role improves maintenance efficiency and asset productivity by adhering to maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance practices.

The successful candidate will have experience with mechanical lifting, recordkeeping in TLM systems, and a disciplined approach to maintenance tasks in the MB.

Qualifications

• Experience with wireline cable maintenance and spooling.
• Experience with mechanical lifting tasks.
• Ability to follow maintenance programs and RCM guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Wireline cable maintenance and spooling.
• Maintain equipment per maintenance program and RCM standards.
• Record materials, labor costs and maintenance history in TLM systems.
