Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as wireline surface mechanic.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability on wireline surface equipment.
• Willing to be on call and work 40+ hrs per week at the base in Lafayette, LA.
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned equipment according to the maintenance program and reliability centered maintenance strategy.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within TLM to record materials, labor costs and equipment maintenance history.
• Comply with Division TLM standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement culture and initiatives within the MB to improve asset utilization and CoSD.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
• Implement CoSD projects, such as planned repair and reuse of parts.
• Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
• Comply with the TLM Competency Management System.
