Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Structured Cabling Technician II to support large-scale data center & telecommunications structured cabling projects.

Install, route, terminate, label and test structured cabling while installing racks, backboards, patch panels, cross-connects and related hardware. Terminate jacks and blocks, perform continuity testing and troubleshoot cabling issues. Ensure grounding for racks, equipment and cabling as required.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of telecommunications or structured cabling experience.
• Experience with copper cabling installation, termination, testing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints and project documentation.
• High school diploma or GED.
