As a Cable Technician specializing in structured cabling and security, you will play a crucial role in our team.
Responsibilities
Structured Cabling: Installing, maintaining, and repairing cable infrastructure in new construction commercial environments, such as Hospitals, Data Centers, Airports, and Commercial Retail facilities.
Conducting maintenance on existing cabling systems and tenant improvement projects.
Test newly installed or relocated cables to ensure they comply with company specifications.
Installing wireless access routers, patch panels, and various internet technology devices.
Learning and executing troubleshooting procedures in accordance with company standards.
Installing cable support structures, including j-hooks, cable racks, and inner-duct.
Experience in installing and troubleshooting low voltage systems, with a preference for greater technical expertise.
Termination experience with Category 5, 5E, 6, 6a, fiber strands over 100, and copper
Installation of overhead cable supports, J-Hooks, and cable running lines properly aligned with cable trays.
