Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions in Faribault, MN is seeking Cable Print Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company. In this hands-on role, you will safely operate cable print machines, follow SOPs, and help produce high-quality cable products in a fast-paced production environment.

You will work 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with weekly pay and temp-to-hire opportunities. A high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of machine operation and manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of machine operation experience or strong mechanical aptitude.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently.
• Ability to follow SOPs and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate cable print machines to manufacture cable products according to quality standards.
• Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production processes.
• Complete and maintain required production paperwork and data entry records.
• Use and maintain hand tools for machine setup, operation, and equipment teardown.
• Perform quality control inspections and checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues as needed.
