Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions in Faribault, MN is seeking Cable Print Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company. In this hands-on role, you will safely operate cable print machines, follow SOPs, and help produce high-quality cable products in a fast-paced production environment.

You will work 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with weekly pay and temp-to-hire opportunities. A high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of machine operation and manufacturing

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of machine operation experience or strong mechanical aptitude.
At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently.
Ability to follow SOPs and operate safely.

Responsibilities

Safely operate cable print machines to manufacture cable products according to quality standards.
Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production processes.
Complete and maintain required production paperwork and data entry records.
Use and maintain hand tools for machine setup, operation, and equipment teardown.
Perform quality control inspections and checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Monitor equipment performance and report issues as needed.
