Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Cable Assemblers for a leading cable manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality cable products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting a team committed to safety, integrity, and customer success.

If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this temp-to-hire opportunity offers a consistent 2nd shift schedule (Monday–Friday) and full-time hours.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reading and following SOP manuals.
• Pre-employment physical and drug screen required.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble cable products according to specifications.
• Read, comprehend, and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Operate hand tools and production equipment used in cable assembly processes.
• Perform quality inspections and checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Maintain and operate equipment used for setup, assembly, and production tasks.
• Complete assigned production duties in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
