Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and manufacturing systems.
• Hands-on experience using production data, KPIs, reporting tools, and operational metrics to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations, ensuring safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot processes and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Maintenance and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor production associates and guide problem solving.
• Manage timekeeping and production records; drive cost savings and quality.
• Implement 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
