Job summary

Hellenic Cables Americas in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a highly automated wire and cable facility. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving operational excellence across extrusion, stranding, and jacketing processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a high-volume industrial setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience with cable/manufacturing processes and highly automated environments.
• Strong leadership, KPI management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Develop and execute production schedules to meet demand.
• Oversee extrusion, stranding, jacketing and related processes.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics.
• Monitor OEE, downtime, scrap, and drive improvement.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, labor, and costs.
• Support ERP implementation and manufacturing systems.
