Job summary

Hellenic Cables Americas in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain activities for the new facility. You will lead procurement, production planning, warehousing, and shipping, partnering with operations, finance, and corporate procurement to ensure material availability and cost control.

The role reports to the Senior Operations Director and collaborates with corporate procurement; you will grow the planning, warehousing, and receiving teams as production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in procurement, planning, and/or logistics within manufacturing with leadership.
• Certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, CSCP, or APICS are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing strategies, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities across categories, including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting and performance management.
• Own production planning and scheduling to align materials and capacity with demand.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, and on-time delivery performance.
• Build out and scale the supply chain organization for the Baltimore plant.
