Job summary

Prysmian Group is hiring a Cable Manufacturing Process Technician to join our Taunton, MA production floors. You will train with experienced operators, learn to run equipment, log data, and assist with basic inventory tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You’ll work in a collaborative team, potentially rotating across extrusion, cabling, and entry-level operations as needed. Candidates with basic English skills and physical stamina are encouraged to apply as we provide

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak basic English.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and work in warm, loud environments.
• Prior experience helps, but it isn’t required—we’ll teach you.

Responsibilities

• Train side-by-side with experienced operators until confident to run equipment.
• Log production data on our systems and perform basic inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with your lead and tight-knit teams to hit production and quality goals.
• Support processes such as tapping, braiding, and order cutting as needed to keep lines moving.

Cable Manufacturing Process TechnicianImagine stepping onto the production floor where energy and information start their journey.
