Job description

Description

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months, leading to potential hire. The ideal candidate will have experience with termination and cable pulling, following manufacturer guidelines and working under the supervision of a Senior Installer.

Responsibilities include:

1. Pulling cable as directed.
2. Meeting or exceeding production goals.
3. Performing tasks accurately the first time (DIRTFT).
4. Assisting with support structures and IT hardware installations, with training provided.
5. Carrying out maintenance, cabling, electrical, or wiring tasks inside healthcare or hospital environments.
6. Proficient use of basic hand tools (own tools required).
7. Maintaining safety standards and adhering to policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with Cat 5, Cat 6, fiber optic cabling, termination, punchdown, and cable pulling.
• Ability to think critically and adapt to new technologies.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Compliance with safety equipment requirements (hard hat, safety glasses).

Additional Information:

The position offers a pay range of $20.00 - $25.00/hr, with specific wages on prevailing wage projects at $25.08/hr.
