Prince Telecom LLC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is hiring entry-level Cable Technicians for full-time roles. No experience required; we provide paid training, a company vehicle, full benefits, and more.

You will install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, and telephone equipment in customer homes and businesses, while learning industry skills and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Within an hour of Milwaukee, WI.
• 6 months to 1 year of telecom experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Review requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Educate the customer on product and service usage.
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company without needed sponsorship
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
• Must live within an hour of Milwaukee, Wisconsin
• 6 months to 1 year of Telecom experience

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, work alone in remote locations , bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds without assistance.
• Occasionally: entry into attics or crawl spaces, use ladder and gaffs for climbing poles, keyboard and mouse
