Prince Telecom LLC is hiring entry-level Cable Technicians in the Milwaukee, WI area. No experience required—paid training, company vehicle, and full benefits are provided as part of a full-time W2 role.

You'll install and troubleshoot video, internet, telephone, and alarm services at homes and businesses, while growing your telecom experience and enjoying weekly pay and strong benefits. Join a team focused on service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must live within an hour of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
• 6 months to 1 year of telecom experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment in homes/businesses.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Review requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
• Work overtime, travel, and on-call/afterhours as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
