Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an Electronics Engineer to design and integrate electrical harnesses and interconnect systems for diverse platforms in a fast-paced government/military environment. You will work with multidisciplinary teams across the product lifecycle, from requirements through testing, ensuring robust, documentation-driven designs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in harness design, experience with power, RF, and fiber optic systems, and proficiency in Siemens NX.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in electrical harness design for power, RF, and fiber optic systems.
• Experience with cable and harness manufacturing, integration, and material selection.
• Experience with block diagrams, interconnect diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical harnesses, cables, and interconnect systems for advanced platforms.
• Support all product lifecycle phases: requirements, concept, detailed design, manufacturing, integration, testing.
• Create and modify cable/harness designs using Siemens NX or similar CAD tools.
• Lead technical efforts and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support design reviews, technical reviews, and customer briefings.
• Manage project schedules, scope, and engineering deliverables.
• Identify risks and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
