Job summary

Cristek Interconnects, Inc. in Anaheim, CA seeks a Cable Assembler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You’ll build wire harnesses and cable assemblies, read drawings, and ensure quality through inspections and tests in a precision environment.

With a focus on safety, ITAR compliance, and continuous improvement, you will collaborate with engineering to optimize processes and support on-time delivery for aerospace and defense customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in a wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing environment.
• Electro-Mechanical assembly experience.
• Strong crimping, connectorization and soldering skills.
• J-STD Certification is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work under a microscope for inspection purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret customer drawings, parts lists and specs.
• Perform in-process inspections and tests for quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve assembly processes.
• Maintain tool readiness and cleanliness.
