Job summary

Advanced Digital Cable Llc is seeking a detail-oriented Extruder Assistant for our Blairsville manufacturing team. You will assist Lead Operator on a high-speed production line, supporting take-up machines, measuring cable walls, and applying markings on jackets to meet safety and quality specs.

You will program inkjet systems, verify labels, and ensure proper packaging while maintaining a clean work area. The role offers second shift opportunities with a $2.50 premium and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and climb for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate Take-Up machines, ensuring tension and winding quality.
• Program inkjet systems to print safety codes on cable jackets.
• Perform precision measurement with calipers to verify wall thickness.
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of cables.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
