• Establishes production schedules based on customer requests, capacity, and production input.
• Interacts with shop floor management to meet daily production requirements.
• Coordinates with Inventory/Stockroom to address component shortages.
• Prepares work instructions and travelers for production.
• Drives toward on-time delivery and revenue targets.
• Monitors open orders and backlog in detail.
• Adjusts scheduled ship dates in the ERP system in real time and informs Sales of changes.
• Assesses expedite requests and responds within 24 hours.
• Assists Sales with forecasting and safety stock analysis.
• Guides Purchasing on expediting and optimal order quantities.
• Performs data analysis to support material and finished goods demand.
• Maintains production schedules and related reports.
• Follows up with teams to expedite material flow to meet schedules.
