Creative Custom Cabinets in Texas is seeking a motivated Sales/Project Manager to lead client engagements from initial consultation through on-time project delivery, ensuring high-quality custom cabinetry. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in custom cabinetry, strong sales and communication, and technical oversight of measuring, estimating, and drafting coordination with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales & estimating: responsible for bringing in new clients and sales accounts.
• Meet with homeowners and designers to define project scope and provide material expertise.
• Technical project oversight: manage site measurements and coordinate with estimators & drafters to ensure designs are translated into quality production.
• Client & internal communication: act as the primary point of contact for project updates, addressing client concerns and reporting progress to senior management to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Industry expertise: 3–5+ years of custom cabinetry experience. NO CABINET EXPERIENCE NEED NOT APPLY!
