Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Cabinet/Countertop Project Manager to oversee projects from order through completion, coordinating customers, sales, design, production, purchasing, delivery and installation. You will monitor schedules, review specifications, and ensure all materials meet project requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills and industry experience to anticipate issues, keep projects moving forward, and deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience.
• Experience with cabinetry, countertops, millwork, construction, kitchen & bath, or related building materials.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from initial order through completion.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, designers, production, purchasing, and installers.
• Review project specifications, measurements, drawings, and orders.
• Monitor project schedules, materials, and deadlines.
• Coordinate deliveries and installation schedules.
• Communicate project updates to customers and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve project issues quickly.
• Track change orders and project modifications.
• Ensure products and materials meet project specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and timelines.
