Formación

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering within commercial cabinetry/millwork.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software; knowledge of cabinetry construction methods.
• Familiarity with AWI, ADA, and industry standards; strong documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret drawings and customer specs to create detailed engineering drawings and production packages.
• Generate cut lists, BOMs, and CNC-ready files for production.
• Ensure constructability and coordination with drafting and production teams.
• Work with project managers and shop leads to resolve engineering challenges.
• Use Innergy software for layouts, data input, and job tracking when applicable.
• Support product submittals and documentation for customer approvals.
• Maintain version control for engineering deliverables.
