Job summary

Wisenbaker-Builder-Services in Houston seeks a Field Service Manager to deliver precise cabinet adjustments and field repairs, ensuring homeowners smile at the final details. You’ll read layouts, measure for add-ons, install and repair cabinetry, and coordinate with builders and internal teams on timelines.

You’ll train technicians and guide apprentices to field readiness. Customer service is critical: you’ll work with homeowners and contractors to resolve issues promptly and uphold workmanship

Qualifications

• 2-5 years cabinet carpentry and maintenance experience required.
• Specialized knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to conduct training.

Responsibilities

• Read cabinet layouts and measure for add-ons, replacements, and accessories.
• Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry—including trim, moldings, and finishes.
• Walk and grade homes weekly; create accurate work orders to close jobs.
• Communicate with builders and internal teams on status and timelines.
• Train new technicians and guide apprentices to field readiness.
