Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Manager in Dallas to lead cabinet maintenance and ensure flawless workmanship for new homes. You will read layouts, measure for add-ons, and guide field staff to deliver precise cabinetry adjustments.

You’ll train technicians, coordinate with builders and internal teams, walk homes weekly, and close jobs with accurate work orders. Strong customer service and communication are essential to keep homeowners smiling.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years cabinet carpentry and maintenance experience required.
• Specialized knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation preferred.
• Experience working with customers providing excellent customer service.
• Great communication and ability to conduct training programs.

Responsibilities

• Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry, including trim, moldings, and finishes.
