Job summary

Wisenbaker-Builder-Services in Coppell, TX seeks a Field Service Manager who can read cabinet layouts, measure for add-ons, and deliver flawless adjustments on new homes.

You will install, adjust, and repair cabinetry, walk jobs weekly, train technicians, and communicate clearly with builders to keep projects on schedule. 2–5 years of cabinet carpentry and maintenance experience is required, with a preference for cabinetry construction expertise.

• Specialized knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation preferred.
• Experience working with customers providing excellent customer service.
• Great communication and ability to conduct training programs.

Responsibilities

• Read cabinet layouts and measure for add-ons, replacements, and accessories.
• Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry, including trim, moldings, and finishes.
• Walk and grade homes weekly, creating accurate work orders to close jobs.
• Communicate clearly with builders and internal teams on work status and timelines.
