Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to conduct training programs.

Responsibilities

• Read cabinet layouts and measure for add-ons, replacements, and accessories.
• Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry—trim, moldings, and finishes.
• Walk and grade homes weekly to create accurate work orders.
• Communicate with builders and internal teams on status and timelines.
• Train new technicians and guide apprentices to field readiness.
