Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Cabinet, building materials, construction or design experience is a plus.
• Ability to read measurements, layouts and blueprints.
• Strong math and measurement skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects and orders.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers, contractors, and builders to discuss project needs, budget and timelines.
• Create and revise cabinet layouts and project plans based on space.
• Assist customers with cabinet styles, colors, finishes and hardware selections.
• Obtain and verify accurate project measurements.
• Prepare quotes and project information for customers.
• Review designs and orders with customers before placing orders.
• Order cabinets, hardware and materials to complete projects.
• Coordinate lead times, delivery schedules and timelines.
• Communicate with customers and contractors about changes and delays.
• Review incoming orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain customer, sales, order and project documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, vendors.
