Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom customers, answer basic product questions and help determine their needs.
• Support the Senior Cabinet Designer throughout the sales and project process.
• Enter quotes, sales orders and purchase orders into our system accurately.
• Place cabinet and related product orders with manufacturers.
• Review manufacturer acknowledgments for product, pricing and order accuracy.
• Track orders, lead times and delivery dates.
• Communicate order status with customers, vendors and internal team.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure projects are complete and ready when promised.
• Manage follow-up on damaged, missing or replacement products through resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer, job and order documentation.
• Assist with cabinet selections and straightforward layouts.
• Develop proficiency in 2020 Design software.
• As experience grows, independently design, quote and sell basic kitchen and cabinet projects.
• Help maintain an organized, professional showroom.

Job description

Berry Home Centers is looking for a full-time Cabinet Sales Coordinator to join our Abingdon team.

This position is an important part of our cabinet department and works closely with our Cabinet Designer to ensure projects move smoothly from initial quote through ordering, delivery and follow-up.

The Cabinet Sales Coordinator owns the administrative flow of cabinet projects while also serving as a resource for customers in our showroom. As product knowledge and design proficiency develop, this person will have the opportunity to independently design and sell straightforward cabinet projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom customers, answer basic product questions and help determine their needs
