Who You Are
We are looking for a Cabinet Maker/Painter/Finisher with an eye for detail. As a master of your craft, you will lend your skills to producing cabinets and millwork that are both practical and aesthetically pleasing. Using the specs provided, you will use your craftsmanship skills to create cabinets that meet very specific guidelines in a timely and safe manner.

The range displayed reflects the range the company reasonably expects to pay for the position. The actual compensation offered to the selected individual(s) will depend on their relevant education, training, or experience, among other bona fide factors.

What You Will Do
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Advanced knowledge of spray finishing techniques
Experience using spray equipment and spray booth operation and maintenance
Experience in wood staining, painting, and finishing
Understanding of necessary mathematics
Knowledge of materials and processing
Attention to detail
PHYSICAL DEMANDS- Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a wood shop environment. Hazards include, but are not limited to cuts, severed or crushed fingers, sawdust, chemical exposure, and loud ongoing sounds. Occasional travel to outside locations to get materials or deliver products. Ability to work extended hours, as required, in support of the company’s business needs.
