Job summary

Cabinetworks Group in Waconia, MN is seeking a production worker to operate the finishing line, spray finishes, and perform sanding and wiping tasks. The role involves loading/unloading, rotating between spray/sand/wipe positions, and maintaining safety and quality standards on a fast-paced line.

You will complete required paperwork and collaborate with multiple departments while contributing to efficient production operations on site at our Waconia facility.

Qualifications

• Read and understand move tickets.
• Spray all finishes.
• Sand and wipe all finishes.

Responsibilities

• Spray product on the finishing line per move ticket standards.
• Perform sanding duties on the finishing line using a sanding block/sponge/paper.
• Perform wiping duties on the finishing line using wiping rag.
• Perform loading/unloading duties as directed.
• Rotate between the various spraying job positions.
• Perform sanding duties on the line using a sanding block or sandpaper.
• Perform wiping duties on the line using a wiping rag.
• Perform line loading/unloading duties as directed.
• Communicate with various departments and personnel.
• Complete any necessary documentation and paperwork.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Actively participate with the natural work team.
• Other duties as assigned.
