Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is hiring for a 2nd shift finishing associate in Minnesota. You will mix and set up finish materials, keep lines stocked, and ensure safe handling of hazardous waste. The role requires teamwork, safety focus, and reliable attendance.

The position offers $24.00–$30.00 per hour with a $1 shift differential, typically 4:30 PM–4:00 AM, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays. Benefits include health, retirement, paid time off, and on-site wellness programs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Properly mix and set up finish materials for daily production.
• Keep finishing lines properly supplied with materials to maintain production pace.
• Properly label all containers designated for the collection of hazardous waste.
• Inspect labels on all containers; if damaged, remove and replace.
• Maintain drums in the designated area in paint vault to ensure safe storage and handling.
• Inspection of all drums and pails brought to the paint vault to ensure there are no leaks or damage.
• Replace all containers as necessary.
• Dump all hazardous waste products brought to the paint vault into the approved 55-gallon drums.
• Conduct and document weekly inspections of all hazardous waste containers and storage areas.
• Participate in the clean–up of any waste spills.
• Monitor Inventory of filled hazardous waste drums in storage facility.
• Must maintain accurate preventative maintenance and material usage paperwork.
• Monitor all paint lines and equipment located in paint vault.
• Perform preventative maintenance on various types of equipment.
