Cabinetworks Group is seeking a sprayer to operate on the finishing line in Culver, Indiana. The role involves applying finishes, adhering to move tickets, and ensuring proper color checks and safety compliance.

The position requires the ability to read move tickets, spray all finishes, identify wood species, and maintain quality and teamwork on the line. Training will cover sanding and wiping duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Spray product on the finishing line per move ticket standards.
• Ensure color checkers are in place and checking the color.
• Ensure all portable pots are grounded; ensure agitators are running.
• Maintain spray equipment including gun filter cleaning and lubrication.
• Train to sanding duties on the line and to wiping duties on the line.
• Communicate with various departments and personnel; complete necessary paperwork.
• Maintain production and quality standards; follow safety rules, JSA and work instructions.
• Cross-train in related processes and report unsafe conditions.
