Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking Cabinet Finishers for the Waconia facility. The role focuses on finishing line tasks including spray, sand, wipe, and loading/unloading duties.

You will rotate among spray positions, maintain quality, and follow safety/work instructions. The position is full-time on first shift with an hourly pay of $20 and a schedule from ~6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime.

Qualifications

• Read and understand move tickets.
• Spray all finishes.
• Sand and wipe all finishes.
• Identify various finishes and wood species.
• Show excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrate teamwork and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Spray product on the finishing line per move ticket standards.
• Perform sanding duties on the finishing line using a sanding block/paper.
• Perform wiping duties on the finishing line using wiping rag.
• Perform loading/unloading duties as directed.
• Rotate between the various spraying job positions.
• Perform sanding duties on the line using a sanding block or sandpaper.
• Perform wiping duties on the line using a wiping rag.
• Perform line loading/unloading duties as directed.
• Communicate with various departments and personnel.
• Complete any necessary documentation and paperwork.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Actively participate with the natural work team.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for some Cabinet Finishers to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Spray product on the finishing line per move ticket standards.
• Perform sanding duties on the finishing line using a sanding block/sponge/paper.
• Perform wiping duties on the finishing line using wiping rag.
• Perform loading/unloading duties as directed.
• Rotate between the various spraying job positions.
