Job summary

Allied Stone seeks a Field Services Representative- Cabinetry to support customers in our Desoto area. You will troubleshoot on-site, foster strong client relations, and liaise with client services to resolve post-install issues.

Travel within the service region, provide technical product support, and document all service activities. You will also identify trends, propose product improvements, and maintain thorough service records to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in cabinetry installation and repair.
• Thorough understanding of cabinet product repair and upkeep.
• 2+ years field service repair and customer service is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics is an asset.
• Ability to write service reports and respond to customer questions.

Field Services Representative- Cabinetry

As a total interior solutions resource, the Allied Group of Companies offers a diverse line-up of products and services. From stone surfaces and cabinetry to sales, service, and more, we are the one-stop for all interior upgrades.

Each of our manufacturing facilities utilizes state-of-the-art, custom CNC machines, edging machines, and robotic water-jet machines. We also employ environmentally friendly practices such as recycling the water used in our fabrication process.

We are Allied Stone strong and Allied Interior Solutions proud, and we are looking for a motivated self-starting Field Area Representative in our Desoto location. The Field Area Representative is primarily responsible for troubleshooting complex customer problems on-site. Additionally, the field services representative’s duties include fostering positive client relations, and liaising with Client Services Representatives to resolve post installation customer problems.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience.

• Problem solving with customers, installation department and client services to create timely solutions.
• Providing clients with technical assistance with products and services.

• Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
• Maintaining client records and documenting processes.
• Completion of all items listed on the Service job tickets in a timely manner, as well as the correlating field reports.
• Completion of expense reports and preventative vehicle maintenance.
• Identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps.
• Keeping track of new products on offer, as well as emerging trends in client services.
• Recommending product improvements based on client services feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ year experience in cabinetry installation and repair required.
• Thorough understanding of principles of cabinet product repair and upkeep.
• 2+ years of field service repair and customer service considered an asset.
• Safe driving and vehicle operations skills
• Experience reading and interpreting schematics, drawings considered an asset.
• The ability to write service reports, correspondence, procedures, effectively present information and respond to customer questions.
• The capacity to move supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
