Job summary

Game Kings in Stroudsburg, PA is seeking a skilled CNC Designer / Operator to take cabinetry projects from design intent to CNC output. You will translate shop drawings into CNC-ready toolpaths, build clean CAD/CAM workflows with AutoCAD and Vectric Aspire, and develop nested sheet layouts for efficient production.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read specs and assemble accurate final parts such as MDF doors, moldings, and hardware integration.

Qualifications

Proven experience with custom cabinet design (face frame/frameless).
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for production drawings and 2D part generation.
Experienced with Vectric Aspire for toolpaths, nesting, and post-processing.
Open to MasterCam/AlphaCam as alternatives where applicable.

Responsibilities

Translate shop drawings and specs into CNC-ready toolpaths and cut files (CNC output).
Build clean CAD/CAM workflows using AutoCAD and Vectric Aspire.
Develop cabinet part layouts and nesting strategies for efficient production.
Design and fabricate non-standard cabinet parts (MDF doors, moldings, hardware integration).
Coordinate with shop lead on design details, materials, tolerances, sequencing.
Set up and operate CNC equipment, perform test cuts, troubleshoot and refine programs.
