Corporate Interiors is seeking a Design Engineer I to design and optimize cabinetry and millwork using Cabinet Vision and AlphaCAM. You will study orders and drawings to determine tooling, machine paths, and tolerances, and revise programs to ensure parts meet specifications.

You will work with CAD/CAM tools, plan machining sequences, and verify processes through simulations and measurements, contributing to quality and efficiency across projects.

Formación

• BA or BS in engineering across all disciplines.
• Familiarity with CAD software and design tools.
• Strong communication and attention to detail required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and nest cabinetry, millwork and furniture assemblies using CAD and design software.
• Plan machining by studying orders, drawings and specs; interpret GD&T.
• Select cutting tools, determine toolpaths and machine operations.
• Revise programs to fix errors and retest to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor machines during test runs and simulations for proper function.
• Maintain specs by measuring, troubleshooting and adhering to QA procedures.
