Job summary

Pegasus Aviation Services, an Akima company, seeks a CAA CSR Lead to oversee service delivery for assigned customers on-site in Alaska. You will coordinate with station management, lead Pegasus CAA staff, and ensure safety, security, and quality of service across contracts.

Responsibilities include direct customer interface, training, and aircraft servicing as needed, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and varying shifts in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds comfortably.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Ability to work under stressful situations and tight time constraints.
• Self-motivated, team player.
• Required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day interface with assigned customer’s staff.
• Ensure outstanding customer service for assigned contracts.
• Provide leadership and training to Pegasus CAA staff.
• Service aircraft as needed including cabin cleaning and other services.
• Maintain safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain safety and security on board aircraft.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by CAA Lead or Pegasus management.
