Harbinger Motors Inc. in Garden Grove, CA seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer (Cabin Systems) to define and drive supplier quality across interior components.

You will implement QMS processes, inspect materials, and lead improvements to ensure the highest quality, safety, and aesthetics in cabin assemblies. You will collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing, conduct supplier audits, and manage CAPA while traveling domestically/internationally up to 50% to ensure alignment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or similar technical field.
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing quality or supplier quality engineering in automotive/interior/industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with cabin systems components and interior trim materials.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement supplier quality standards for cabin interiors.
• Inspect materials, sub-assemblies, and finished cabins to meet specs.
• Lead supplier audits, APQP, PPAP, and 8D/5-Why problem solving.
• Drive CAPA and root-cause analysis with suppliers to improve quality and finish.
• Collaborate with design/manufacturing to ensure DFMA and quality readiness.
