Qualifications

• Must have 1 month of experience in produce harvesting.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in muddy, dirty conditions.

Responsibilities

• Harvest cabbage in the field and prepare for packing.
• Cut, bag, and load cabbage; follow conveyer belt workflow.
• Inspect quality, core and trim as needed, and sort into cartons or totes.
• Pack produce into cartons or totes; label and stage for shipment.
• Assist with pallets and safe handling of equipment; follow foreman instructions.
