Qualifications

• Cannot be color blind due to the need to distinguish colors of crops.
• Must be able to work under conditions where skin and clothing become heavily soiled with mud, water, grease, etc.

Responsibilities

• Harvest broccoli and cauliflower in fields, cut, pack, bunch, and load in the field.
• Determine size and quality of product and trim leaves as needed.
• Packers sort, bag, and load product into totes, bins or cartons for transport.
• Lift totes/bins to pallets; stack and prepare for shipment.
• Operate in dusty, muddy outdoor conditions and maintain safety protocols.
