Qualifications

• Must be able to work in muddy, dirty field conditions.
• Ability to distinguish crop color without color vision deficiency.

Responsibilities

• Harvest cabbage in the field and prepare for value-added processing.
• Cut, bag and load cabbage in the field under foreman direction.
• Trim outer leaves and prep for carton or tote packaging.
• Inspect quality and place product on belts or pallets as required.
