Job summary

REDW seeks a Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAAS) Supervisor in Las Vegas to lead audit prep and accounting services, oversee financial reporting accuracy, and mentor a growing team. You will supervise staff, ensure reconciliations are complete, and collaborate with clients to deliver essential reports and audit-ready documentation.

The role requires a accounting/finance degree or equivalent, prior audit or bookkeeping experience, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior audit preparation and/or bookkeeping/accounting service experience.
• Experience supervising others in providing accounting services and project management.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning meetings to guide audit prep and accounting services processes
• Oversee day-to-day financial reporting accuracy and timely client deliverables
• Supervise team members to prepare, export, and analyze financial data (GL, trial balances, etc.)
• Ensure account reconciliations and supporting schedules are accurate and complete
• Collaborate with clients to prepare required reports and support audit readiness
• Manage and develop team members, including training, prioritization, and quality of work
