Job summary

Rehmann is seeking an Accounting Manager for our CAAS team to lead client accounting engagements from planning through completion. You will partner with business owners and executive leadership to transform financial information into strategic decisions that drive growth and efficiency.

With 8+ years in accounting/advisory, you will oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development while mentoring the team and expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting, advisory, consulting, or outsourced accounting experience.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client accounting and advisory engagements from planning through completion.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and executive leadership.
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and KPI development.
• Identify process improvement and technology optimization opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining high-quality client service.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and profitability.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship growth.
