Job summary

REDW Advisors & CPAs is seeking a CAAS Intern to learn and develop basic accounting skills under an internship manager. You will build client relationships, assist in execution plans, and communicate with senior staff to ensure smooth billing and project delivery.

The role offers hands-on experience in a professional services firm with exposure to various clients and industries, mentorship, and access to REDW’s learning platform, all designed to support your academic commitments with a flexible

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting and reporting standards.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate academics.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with an internship manager to learn and develop basic accounting skills.
• Provide continuous attention to building and expanding client relationships.
• Obtain client expectations from Management Team and assist in developing an execution plan to meet client expectations.
• Communicates matters to Senior and Manager that may impact billing and collections.
• Gain an understanding of planned approach and participates in plan execution.
• Assumes responsibility for completing all assigned areas fully.
