Job summary

Elliott Davis Advisory, LLC seeks a CAAS Projects Advisory Associate to support project-based accounting and finance engagements with hands-on execution and customer interaction. You will work with Seniors, Managers, and Directors to deliver practical solutions that strengthen accounting operations and support business needs.

This role offers exposure to cash-to-accrual conversions, month-end close, ERP transitions, and internal controls improvement, preparing you for progression toward a CAAS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years progressive accounting experience; public accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project-based accounting and finance engagements with close collaboration.
• Assist with cash-to-accrual conversions, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Contribute to month-end close, reporting, and process improvements.
• Engage with Controllers and customer stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
• Coordinate across Seniors, Managers, Directors and client teams to meet deadlines.
