Job summary

Weaver is offering Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) Internships in Pasadena, CA. Interns may work part-time or full-time during the Spring semester, performing outsourced accounting tasks for diverse clients either at the Weaver office or on client sites.

You will gain exposure to multiple clients and areas of financial statements, while developing Excel, Word and Outlook skills and CPA-hours progress in a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field with the goal to obtain the hours necessary to sit for the CPA exam
• Ability to commit 20-40 hours per week to the internship from January through April
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Positive attitude and a growth mindset

Responsibilities

• Hands-on client work, either from the Weaver office or the client’s office
• Exposure to multiple clients throughout the internship as well as multiple different sections of the financial statements
