Qualifications

Customer-facing experience with a problem-solving mindset.
Paralegal experience or corporate administration interest is a plus.
Willing to work from an office in California and handle service of process.
Strong relationship-building with government and jurisdictional bodies.
Strategic thinker who can anticipate needs and spot opportunities.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships through onboarding and post onboarding.
Prepare, review and submit corporate filings across jurisdictions, especially California.
Communicate with state jurisdictions via email and phone.
Receive and process Service of Process for Discern customers in California.
Collaborate with other departments to influence the product roadmap.
Identify additional revenue opportunities through customer support.
Report directly to the Senior Corporate Specialist.
