Job summary

Kiva Confections is seeking a Product Movement Specialist to join our Kiva Sales & Service team in California. You will track and document changes in inventory, perform daily cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and keep ERP records up to date to support cross‑functional transparency.

In a busy warehouse environment, you’ll use WMS/ERP systems, maintain labeling and safety compliance, and collaborate with other departments to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience handling live inventory & WMS/ERP systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and document changes in inventory.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Reconcile discrepancies.
• Use ERP to communicate inventory with other business units.
• Ensure proper labeling.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Inspect returned merchandise.
• Dispose of obsolete inventory as directed.
